Everything met the demands, I would love to stay here again. I liked the great breakfast and the pool area. The room was well furnished and updated, including a jacuzzi in the bathroom.

This place has a nice vibe, a great bar area, and it's conveniently located near everything. The rooms here are spacious and have been recently updated. Some rooms even come with a bathroom and a jacuzzi 😊.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and nice, and the morning breakfast looked delicious. The atmosphere was great, and despite being understaffed, the workers were kind and apologetic. The pool was exceptionally clean, one of the cleanest I've seen in a hotel in a long time. The location was perfect for my family event, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and gas stations nearby. The hotel was also conveniently located close to all major highways, making transportation easy.

The TV remote would not allow the TV channels to change or power on/off the TV (I was able to use the TV however). The toilet tank kept refilling every 2 minutes.

King room with jacuzzi was the best.

Convenient location with easy access to downtown Indy. Friendly staff provided excellent service. Upgraded to a spacious suite for free. Renovations are impressive, especially the beautiful pool area. Enjoyed a great breakfast. a pleasant stay.

The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable. She was extremely friendly and very professional. The continental breakfast was delicious.

It would have been nice to have a free shuttle to events in town,

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the recently renovated rooms at this hotel. The modernized look and feel of the rooms were a welcome change. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the highway and allowed us to easily access the downtown area. Another advantage we enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. They were accommodating and provided us with any information we needed.

the rooms were quite dark, even with all the lights turned on. It would have been nice to have brighter lighting in the rooms.

The light in the bathroom was finicky, sometimes it wouldn't turn on and we had to leave the door open for light. The air conditioner was leaking, and when we informed the hotel staff, they said someone was sent to fix it, but when we got back to our room there was still a huge puddle of water on the floor underneath the AC unit. The bed rails had metal parts sticking out on the sides that were covered only with plastic cups hidden underneath the bed skirts and my fiance tripped over one, while my mom stubbed her toe on another one. The hallway to the rooms also felt like an icebox, it was kept so cold in there I felt llike I needed a sweater just to walk to my room at the end of the hall. It took forever to locate the only ice machine which was on the first floor somewhere and we were on the third. Overall, we weren't incredibly pleased with the hotel upkeep, but it was in a decent location.
